What FridgeFlip is
FridgeFlip is a free tool that suggests recipes based on ingredients you enter, using public recipe and food databases. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Allergies, health and food safety
Allergen detection in FridgeFlip is automated and can be wrong. Recipe and product data come from third parties and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always read product labels and recipe ingredients yourself, especially if you have a food allergy, intolerance or medical diet. FridgeFlip is not medical or nutritional advice. Follow safe food-handling practices and cook foods to safe temperatures. Cooking times, unit conversions and seasoning groupings are estimates.
Alcohol
Wine pairing suggestions are for adults of legal drinking age only (21+ in the US). Alcohol purchase and delivery are subject to local laws and the partner's age verification. Please drink responsibly.
Third-party content and links
Recipes come from TheMealDB, and product information comes from Open Food Facts (available under the Open Database License). We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, websites, prices, availability or orders. Purchases you make through Instacart, Walmart, DoorDash, Uber Eats or other partners are between you and that partner, under their terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse FridgeFlip: no attempts to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
FridgeFlip is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FridgeFlip and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your use of recipes, product data or partner services, including allergic reactions or foodborne illness.
Changes
We may update FridgeFlip and these terms from time to time. Continuing to use FridgeFlip after changes means you accept the updated terms.
